Yes, within a time limit. Paid consultations are credited in full toward a package booked within 90 days. The Pre-Departure File is credited in full within 12 months, and the Tax Move Check is credited against Year-One Care within 12 months.

Credits do not stack: each client receives one credit, the largest that applies.

Every move is different: who is moving, which route applies and which add-ons you need. We send a written quote based on your actual situation rather than a list that rarely fits.

Third-party costs are not included. These are government and residence-card fees, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance, courier, rent, deposits, agency and school fees.

They are paid separately at cost, and we give you a written estimate before any work begins.

Before work starts you receive a document that lists exactly what we will do, what is not included and what third-party costs to expect. If something changes, we agree it in writing first.

No, and nobody honestly can. Visas, residence permits and citizenship are decided by the Serbian authorities. School admission is decided by schools, and bank accounts by banks.

White Glove includes your spouse and up to two children. Concierge Family and Concierge Executive include your spouse and up to three children. Property White Glove includes your spouse and up to two children.

With Essential, Managed, Permit only and Purchase + permit, a spouse and children can be added to the same case.

Yes. Our family reunification service is built on the Essential package, with each family member added to the same case.

Yes. Every relocation package includes a period of accounting support. The length depends on the package and is set out in your written scope. Concierge packages include twelve months.

No. Our virtual office plans are only available to accounting or Dormant-care clients whose compliance we actively monitor. An address without anyone watching the mail is a risk to your business.
